DAMAGED PRODUCT I RECEIVED
In the rare case the product you received is damaged, incomplete or wrong we apologize for the inconvenience. We try to make sure that every product is correctly placed for every customer. However, should you find it in such a situation you can simply contact us or Email us at info@iginternationalpharma.com
2. 1 Month free service warranty on all products, after that repairing will be charged.
3. Once the sale starts the final price at the sale will be the final price for any exchange.
4. If the article is not used, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition and
you have the original invoice with you, then you are good to go with the exchange within 15 working days (subject to availability).
CASH REFUND.
If there is any manufacturing fault in the product then a refund will be issued within 14 working days once we received the item & will refund the amount to your bank account/other payment methods.
DELIVERY TIME
We are catering to customers from worldwide. The orders received from countries other than Pakistan will be delivered through DHL. All orders received from Pakistan will be delivered by Leopards Courier Services.
The product will be dispatched within a day once an order is confirmed over call or email.
Delivery will be done from Pakistan It will take 3-5 Days for the packet to be delivered to Pakistan
It will take 6 -10 Days for the packet to be delivered worldwide.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. The Top IG International Pharma has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item being out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment being declined by the issuing financial institution.
